osteopath

Osteopath

Dr Matthias Woo

Matthias’s osteopathic philosophy is centred on empowering patients to take an active role in their health and recovery. He believes that lasting results come from understanding how your body moves, adapts, and heals — not just treating symptoms as they appear.

Combining precise hands-on osteopathic techniques with clear, practical education, Matthias works to restore natural movement, relieve pain, and help patients develop confidence in managing their own wellbeing. His approach is collaborative and tailored — recognising that every body, lifestyle, and goal is unique.

Whether supporting recovery from injury, managing persistent pain, or improving overall movement and performance, Matthias is dedicated to helping each patient restore balance, function, and a sense of ease in their body.

Matthias sees patients under GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP) and also privately.
